FAQs

Vibe is ready to use right out of the box—all you need to do is charge it up or put in the batteries—and you can set up your personalized fit in 10 minutes using the Vibe Now web-based App.

Orders are typically processed within one business day after being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment.

For Vibe Go, taking them out from the charger case turns them on, while putting them back turns them off. For Vibe Air, simply open or close the battery door.

Like most hearing aids, Vibe devices aren’t waterproof, so you should take it out before you shower or go swimming.

Your hearing aid will arrive with pre-installed size S (small) click sleeves. If those aren’t comfortable, try changing to one of the other three sizes provided (XS, M, L). Choose a smaller size if the hearing aid is pressing on your ear. Choose a larger size if the hearing aid feels loose or makes a whistling noise. Also, note that your left and right ear may be slightly different sizes, so feel free to use different size sleeves in each ear. To learn how to change the click sleeves, check the Quick Start Guide.

You can adjust the volume, bass, and treble via the Vibe app. In addition, you can also adjust the hearing direction for Vibe Go devices. If you’re still not happy with the sound, please email (support-sg@vibe-hearing.com) or WhatsApp (+65 9090 2869). They can help make additional adjustments.

Only Vibe Go hearing aids are rechargeable with a full charge providing up to 26 hours of use. The charger case stores another 3 extra full charges which is about 46-62 hours more.

The battery life is 70 hours, or about 5-7 days of normal usage. Opening the battery door reduces the battery drain and slightly reduces the moisture inside the hearing aid. You may want to keep a few spare batteries in your bag in case you have to swap them on the go.

You can get the on LazMall here.

We have a 15-day money back guarantee. To request a refund, email (support-sg@vibe-hearing.com) or WhatsApp (+65 9090 2869) our customer service team. Once we receive your return and confirm that the hearing aids aren’t damaged, we’ll provide you with a full refund, aside from any express shipping fees you may have paid. We don’t charge restocking fees, so in most cases, all you’ll pay is the nominal cost for shipping the product back to us.

Vibe isn’t designed to help with tinnitus. Please email (support-sg@vibe-hearing.com) or WhatsApp (+65 9090 2869) our customer service team and we’ll refer you to some options for tinnitus help.

Because Vibe devices sit in the ear canal, you can typically use over-the-ear headphones at the same time (just make sure to turn the volume down first!). In addition, when paired with iPhone or iPad, Vibe Go can directly receive audio feeds into the earbuds.

Hearing FAQs

Ignoring hearing loss can lead to a number of serious health issues including depression and worsening hearing, and hearing loss has also been linked with the onset of dementia. Hearing fatigue, caused by straining to hear people talk, can be a significant cause of headaches, exhaustion, and social isolation. The good news is that mild-to-moderate hearing loss is easily treated with products like Vibe Air.

Hearing aids have been shown to improve cognitive performance, processing speed, and visual working memory. They also improve communication, emotional well-being, relationships, school and work performance, and quality of life. According to the WHO, the support that hearing aids provide can substantially enhance the lives of those affected by hearing loss. You’ll have more energy and feel more connected to people.

According to the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, nearly 29 million Americans could benefit from hearing aids. But among adults aged 20 to 69 who are experiencing hearing loss, only 16 percent have ever tried hearing aids. Vibe Air aims to make effective hearing treatment more accessible and affordable, and we’re happy that you’re considering our solution.

There are a variety of different hearing aids. Two types are common:
1) Behind-the-ear and receiver-in-canal hearing aids: The housing containing the components is worn behind the ear. The amplified sound reaches the ear canal through a small tube or wire to the ear canal.
2) In-the-ear or completely-in-canal hearing aid: All components are housed in a custom-made housing that is worn directly in the ear canal. These models are almost invisible. Vibe fits into this category, but unlike many hearing aids of this type, its tiny size doesn’t block the ear canal or require a custom molding to fit

Hearing aids consist of a microphone, sound processor, and loudspeaker. The microphone picks up the sound, the sound processor adjusts the signals according to the individual programming, and the loudspeaker plays them back.
Vibe Air is an innovative and modern hearing aid. The central element is the sound processor’s microchip, which processes the received sounds. For example, the microchip can identify and filter a sound like traffic noise, automatically adjust the volume, and detect human voice in a targeted way to help you enjoy everything from conversations to movies to nature sounds.

You may have come across inexpensive hearing amplifiers while reading about hearing aids. Officially categorized as personal sound amplification products (PSAPs) by the FDA, these devices are designed to amplify certain sounds for people who don’t actually have any hearing loss. Since these simple amplifiers lack the automatic sound detection and filtering of a high-quality hearing aid, they are unlikely to provide significant benefits for people experiencing mild to moderate hearing loss.
